Mobile Notary Travel & Appointment Policy

A travel fee is required to schedule your appointment and is collected in advance as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment time. This travel fee is applied toward your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

The travel fee is non-refundable, even if the notarization cannot be completed due to a no-show, incomplete or incorrect documents, lack of proper identification, an unavailable witness, or any other circumstance that prevents the signing from taking place.

To help ensure a successful appointment, please have all required documents completed (unless instructed otherwise), bring valid government-issued identification, and confirm that all required signers and witnesses (if applicable) will be present at the scheduled time.

If your notarization requires a witness, you are responsible for providing one. Your witness must be present for the appointment and bring a valid government-issued photo ID.

Mobile Notary Service Pricing

Documents I can notarize include:

• Legal Documents: Affidavits, sworn statements, depositions, and powers of attorney.

• Real Estate Documents: Deeds (Warranty, Quitclaim, etc.), mortgages, and lease agreements.

• Financial & Business Documents: Loan agreements, promissory notes, contracts, and bills of sale.

• Personal & Family Documents: Child care authorizations, medical authorizations, and wills. 

Real Estate & Loan Documents: My Capabilities

Please note that I operate as a standard Notary Public and do not currently hold a Certified Loan Signing Agent (CSA) credential.

What I Can Do for You:

• Simple Property Documents: I can legally notarize individual, standalone real estate documents.

• Common Examples: Quitclaim deeds, general warranty deeds, lease agreements, property easements, and homeowner association (HOA) forms.

What I Cannot Do for You:

• Full Loan Closing Packets: I do not facilitate full mortgage closing packages, refinancing packets, home equity lines of credit (HELOCs), or buyer/seller escrow closings.

• Lender-Required Closings: Because I am not a certified loan signing agent, I cannot guide signers through multi-page bank disclosures, nor do I carry the specialized corporate insurance often required by mortgage lenders and title companies.
